Art 1 - ORDER
Art 1-1: Purchase procedure.
The purchase on the website www.dmdautomotors.it is feasible 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
To make your purchase on the internet, you must perform the following procedures:

- connect to your account or create an account for new customers;
- choose your article, indicating everything you need;
- add to cart;
-choose: whether to continue purchases or confirm my cart;
- choose your shipping method;
- choose your payment method;
- check the detailed summary before the final confirmation of your order;
- once payment has been made, an order number will be assigned to your order.
An e-mail confirming your order will be sent to the address indicated by the customer.

The customer can consult the status of his order by logging into his restricted area by registering at www.dmdautomotors.it.

We advise you to carefully check your order once completed.
Dmdautomotors will execute the orders received on the website, within the limits of stock availability. In the absence of availability of one or more items ordered, Dmdautomotors undertakes to inform the customer and the latter can choose another item or request the reimbursement of the items ordered.
In the case of reimbursement, this will be done no later than 14 days from the day of confirmation by the customer of wanting to take advantage of the withdrawal

Art 1-2
Orders will be sent only if they have been paid.


Art 2 - PAYMENTS
Art 2-1 The payments available are as follows:
- By credit card: Visa, Mastercard

- With credit card of the PayPal circuit: Visa, Mastercard etc.

- in direct mark to the courier who will deliver the shipment

Payments can not be made by check.


Art 2-2
An order paid by bank card (visa, mastercard, paypal) will be debited immediately by our bank.

Art 2-3
The confirmation of the order by the customer implies the acceptance of the latter, without reservation, of these General Conditions of Sale.

Art 2-4
For each order a payment must be paid, no commuting payments for different orders are permitted.

Art 2-5
Dmdautomotors, once verified the correct payment, will execute the order.


Art 3 - DELIVERY
Art 3-1 Delivery of orders
Dmdautomotors will carry out the delivery of the goods ordered by the forwarder, who will take care of the transport, accepting all responsibility from the moment of collection to delivery.

Art 3-2 Shipping terms
Delivery times and order processing are from 2 days to 7 days: For destinations, such as islands or areas of Italy difficult to reach, delivery times could increase up to 9 days.

Art 3-3 Delivery costs:
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase procedure, which may be different from the one indicated on the invoice.

In the event that the package can not be delivered for the reason of redelivery costs will be borne by the recipient and directly deducted from the total amount of your order, at the time of reimbursement or if the stock of the package is necessary for reasons of costs storage and return will be charged to the recipient.
Important warnings: in any case of non-collection of the goods will be charged for storage costs (practical education costs Euro 9.92 over € 2.50 for each day of storage, excluding VAT).
If the package is delivered late, the customer can not withdraw it and possibly make use of the "return and refund" option.

Art 3-4 Shipping tracking.
After shipping, you will receive the shipping tracking number.


Art 4 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Art 4-1 - Right of withdrawal:
The customer can make use of the right of withdrawal by sending a communication within 15 days from the date of receipt of the purchase. The communication must be made by telephone by calling 338 30 77 620 or by sending the withdrawal form to the following address: giondiar@yahoo.it
Once said term has expired, the return will no longer be feasible.

Art 4-2 - Exchange and refund conditions:
Dmdautomotors will be obliged to accept the return of the returned items in their original packaging (box, plastic coated, etc.) and perfectly preserved. Otherwise the returns will be rejected.
The returned products may be subject to credit or reimbursement.

Art 4-3
Dmdautomotors will reimburse payments received from the consumer, possibly including delivery costs, within 14 days from the day on which he is aware of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract.

Dmdautomotors will reimburse using the same payment method used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed otherwise and provided that the latter does not incur any cost as a consequence of the reimbursement.

Art 4-4
For all products returned for exchange or withdrawal / refund, transport costs from the customer to site dmdautomotors.it will be free only upon the occurrence of the first exchange event or withdrawal / refund.
Starting from the second change or recess / reimbursement, the charges applied for the transport of the items from the Customer to Dmdautomotors will be the following:
- € 10.00 for each change or withdrawal / refund from Italy except for the areas indicated below
- € 15.00 for the smaller islands

In the case of products returned for exchange, shipping costs from Dmdautomotors to the Customer will always be applied regardless of the total amount of the order.

Art 4-5
The customer must notify Dmdautomotors, on the site, all disputes relating to the product (s) sent (i), reporting any defects found or discrepancies with the order, within 60 days following receipt of the package, even with demonstration photos.
Dmdautomotors will not accept any complaint or dispute after this time.
Dmdautmotors, within 10 days of receiving the complaint, must respond to the consumer. In case of acceptance of the complaint, Dmdautomotors undertakes to reimburse the Customer for the expenses incurred or to change the altered, missing, or non-corresponding products to the order.


Art 5 - LEGAL CONFORMITY GUARANTEE
Art 5-1 Consumer rights
All the products are covered by the Legal Guarantee of Conformity provided for by the art.128-135 of the Consumer Code.

The legal guarantee of conformity is provided by the Consumer Code (articles 128 et seq.) And protects the consumer in case of purchase of defective products, which work poorly or do not respond to the use declared by the seller or to which the goods are generally intended. The consumer can assert his / her rights with regard to the legal guarantee of conformity by contacting the seller of the goods directly, even if different from the manufacturer. In the presence of a defect of conformity, the consumer is entitled, at his option, to the repair or replacement of the defective good by the seller, without charge of expenses, unless the remedy requested is impossible or excessively burdensome with respect to the other. If the replacement or repair is not possible, the consumer has the right to reduce the price or to have a sum back, commensurate with the value of the good, against the return of the defective product to the seller. The legal guarantee lasts two years from the delivery of the goods and must be relied upon by the consumer within two months from the discovery of the defect.

Art 5-2 Terms
The consumer loses the rights referred to in Article 5-1 if he does not report the lack of conformity to the seller within two months from the date on which he discovered the defect


Art 6 - ALTERNATIVE PROCEDURE FOR THE RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
Art 6-1 ADR (Joint Conciliation)
According to the art. 49 paragraph 1 letter V of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (Consumer Code) the customer can use the Joint Conciliation procedure.
The Procedure may be initiated if the consumer, after having lodged a complaint with the company, has not received a reply within thirty days or has received a response that he does not consider satisfactory.

Art 6-2 ODR

Pursuant to art. 14 of Regulation 524/2013, the user is informed that in the event of a dispute, he / she can lodge a complaint via the European Union ODR platform which can be reached at the following link http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Art 8 - SECURITY ON PAYMENTS
