Art 1-1: Methods of purchase.
The purchase on the website www.dmdautomotors.it is possible 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
To make your purchase on the internet, you must perform the following procedures:
- log into your account or create an account for new customers;
- choose your article, indicating everything you need;
- add to cart;
- choose: whether to continue shopping or confirm my cart;
- choose your shipping method;
- choose your payment method;
- check the detailed summary before final confirmation of your order;
- once payment has been made, your order will be assigned an order number.
An e-mail confirming your order will be sent to the address indicated by the customer.
The customer can consult the status of his order by accessing his reserved area by registering on the website www.dmdautomotors.it.
We advise you to carefully check your order once completed.
Dmdautomotors will execute orders received on the website, within the limit of stock availability. In the absence of availability of one or more items ordered, Dmdautomotors undertakes to inform the customer and the latter may choose another item or request a refund for the items ordered.
In the case of a refund, this will be carried out in a maximum of 14 days starting from the day the customer confirms that he wishes to take advantage of the withdrawal.
Orders will only be sent if they have been paid for.
Art 2-1 The payments available are as follows:

Payments cannot be made by checks.

Art 3-1 Delivery of orders
Dmdautomotors will carry out the delivery of the ordered goods through a forwarding agent, who will take care of their transport, assuming all responsibility from the moment of collection to delivery.
Art 3-2 Shipping terms
Shipping and order management times are from 2 to 7 working days: For destinations, such as islands or areas of Italy that are difficult to reach, delivery times may increase up to 9 days.
Art 3-3 Delivery costs:
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase procedure, which may be different from that indicated on the invoice.
In the event that the package cannot be delivered for the reason of delivery costs, they will be borne by the recipient and directly deducted from the total amount of your order, at the time of reimbursement or if it is necessary to store the package for reasons of expenses. storage and redelivery will be charged to the recipient.
Important warnings: in any case of failure to collect the goods, storage costs will be charged (practical instruction costs Euro 9.92 plus Euro 2.50 for each day of storage, excluding VAT).

Art 3-4 Shipment tracking.

Art 4-2 - Exchange and refund conditions:
Dmdautomotors will be required to accept the return of the returned items in their original packaging (box, plasticized coating, etc.) and perfectly preserved. Otherwise, returns will be rejected.
Returned products may be subject to credit or refund.
Dmdautomotors will reimburse the payments received from the consumer, possibly including delivery costs, within 14 days from the day in which it is aware of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract.
Dmdautomotors will execute the refund using the same means of payment used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed otherwise and provided that he does not have to incur any costs as a consequence of the refund.
For all products returned for exchange or withdrawal / refund, the transport costs from the Customer to the dmdautomotors.it site will be free only upon the occurrence of the first exchange or withdrawal / refund event.
Starting from the second exchange or withdrawal / refund, the costs applied for the transport of the items from the Customer to Dmdautomotors will be as follows:
- € 10.00 for each change or withdrawal / refund from Italy except for the areas indicated below
- € 15.00 for the smaller islands
In the case of products returned for exchange, the shipping costs from Dmdautomotors to the Customer will always be applied regardless of the total amount of the order.
The customer must notify Dmdautomotors, on the site, all disputes relating to the product (s) sent (s), reporting the defects found or discrepancies with the order, within 60 days following receipt of the package, including with demonstrative photos.
Dmdautomotors will not accept any claim or dispute beyond this time.
Dmdautmotors, within 10 days of receiving the complaint, must respond to the consumer. In case of acceptance of the complaint, Dmdautomotors undertakes to reimburse the Customer for the costs incurred or to exchange the altered, missing or non-corresponding products to the order.
Art 5-1 Consumer rights
All products are covered by the Legal Guarantee of Conformity provided for by articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code.
The legal guarantee of conformity is provided for by the Consumer Code (articles 128 et seq.) And protects the consumer in the event of the purchase of defective products, which malfunction or do not respond to the use declared by the seller or to which that good is generally intended. The consumer can assert his rights regarding the legal guarantee of conformity by contacting the seller of the goods directly, even if different from the manufacturer. The consumer loses the rights referred to in Article 5-1 if he does not report the lack of conformity to the seller within two months from the date on which he discovered the defect.
